Mike - “I achieved my best 10k time since before the pandemic”
Mike had a hectic schedule and could not run very often but wanted to improve his 10k performance for a race which was 4 months away.
We had a good conversation about what Mike could commit to in terms of additional training and met to establish a baseline for his fitness and built incrementally from there. Mike achieved his target of a sub 60 minute time.

“ Tony took the time to understand my time limitations in terms of running and doing extra sessions, the close contact was beneficial for when my schedule would change at short notice. Tony introduced me to heart rate based training and this focus felt like the telling difference when I achieved my best 10k time since before the pandemic”
